Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are once again at the center of controversy as a recent Vanity Fair cover story raises fresh claims about the Duchess’s alleged “bullying” behavior.

The report echoes previous accusations made by Kensington Palace staff before the couple stepped down as senior royals in 2020. At the time, Queen Elizabeth launched an investigation into allegations of bullying towards two royal aides. Harry and Meghan’s representatives have consistently denied such claims, dismissing them as the “latest attack on her character.”

In the Vanity Fair article, former staff members shared their experiences of working with the couple, with some describing the environment as “really, really, really awful. Very painful.” One ex-staffer alleged that anyone not aligned with Meghan’s vision was “thrown to the wolves at any given moment.”

Another source recounted their brief stint working on Meghan’s podcast, claiming they left after producing just three episodes and never returned. Others revealed they took “extended breaks from work to escape scrutiny, exiting their job, or undergoing long-term therapy” after working with the Duchess.

The Sussexes reportedly did not react well to the exposé. According to sources cited by The Times, Harry and Meghan found the allegations “distressing” and have denied their validity.

While it remains unclear whether the couple will issue a formal statement, they appear to be focusing on positive publicity by offering relief aid to survivors of the recent Southern California wildfires.

The allegations and their response continue to fuel public debate, shining a spotlight on the challenges of life under constant scrutiny and the differing narratives surrounding the Sussexes’ time as working royals.
