Donald Trump’s recent dinner with Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg at Mar-a-Lago has sparked outrage from an unlikely source: Laura Loomer, a self-described “die-hard Trump supporter.” The meeting, described by the BBC as “evidence of the apparent thawing in their once frosty relations,” has left Loomer furious and vocal on social media.

Trump’s ties to tech leaders like Zuckerberg and Elon Musk have often drawn attention, but Loomer, a far-right influencer known for her unwavering support of the president-elect, took the dinner as a personal affront. In a series of posts compiled by The Daily Beast, Loomer unleashed a tirade on X (formerly Twitter), denouncing Zuckerberg and questioning his presence at Trump’s Florida resort.

“Far-right online personality Laura Loomer indulged in an hours-long X tirade in which she repeatedly blasted off against Meta chief Mark Zuckerberg—after the tech giant broke bread with Donald Trump at his Florida resort,” the report states. Loomer reportedly published 16 posts targeting Zuckerberg before taking a break, only to resume her criticisms the next morning.

Loomer accused Zuckerberg of censoring content related to a past alleged assassination attempt on Trump, writing, “As an American and a die-hard Trump supporter, I am never going to forget how Mark Zuckerberg censored the assassination attempt pictures of President Trump and then programmed Facebook to hide and censor all mentions of the attempted assassination of President Trump.”

She went on to call Zuckerberg’s presence at Mar-a-Lago “very disturbing” and accused the Meta CEO of engaging in “revisionist history” by suppressing mentions of the incident. “Donald Trump was blessed with a miracle that day in Butler, and Zuckerberg wants to push revisionist history so no trace of the assassination attempt can be seen on Facebook and Instagram. That is EVIL,” Loomer wrote.

When a follower suggested Loomer “can’t hate everyone forever,” she fired back, “You can absolutely hate the big tech executives forever when they do to you what they did to me. I will hate them till the day I die.”

Loomer also dismissed claims that Trump’s meeting with Zuckerberg was part of a grand strategy. “We aren’t taking our country back by uniting with tech executives. Get a grip. Stop living in your make-believe ‘4D chess’ la la land. There is no such thing,” she wrote.

On Thanksgiving, she added, “Trump will fix our country without anti-American genocidal tech executives who deplatformed him.” Loomer’s outburst underscores ongoing tensions between Trump’s base and his overtures to tech leaders, as supporters grapple with what they see as conflicting alliances.
