Rep. Dan Crenshaw Reportedly Threatens to ‘Kill’ Tucker Carlson in Explosive Exchange

Rep. Dan Crenshaw (R-TX) reportedly told a British journalist he would “kill” right-wing broadcaster Tucker Carlson if he ever saw him, according to the reporter. The remark came following an interview between Crenshaw and Steven Edginton of GB News. Edginton shared a clip of the interview on Monday, which quickly garnered attention.

During the discussion, Edginton referenced U.S. aid to Ukraine, saying, “Just coming back to this $100 billion to Ukraine, I know that people like Tucker Carlson would make the argument that there’s a real opportunity cost there, you know, we could have spent that money on the border or fixing, you know, issues in America.”

Crenshaw dismissed Carlson’s position. “You can walk and chew bubblegum at the same time,” he replied. “I would love to ask Tucker what he thinks that $100 billion should be spent on and if he would vote for it as a conservative. Tucker doesn’t know what he’s talking about.”

The congressman then criticized Carlson further. “Tucker likes to visit Moscow and talk about how great the grocery stores are, so I don’t really take his advice very seriously.” Following the formal interview, Edginton asked Crenshaw if he had ever met Carlson. The Texas lawmaker’s response took the journalist by surprise.

“I would kill him if I saw him,” Crenshaw reportedly said, as noted by Edginton on X. The journalist initially brushed off the comment with laughter, but Crenshaw reiterated his words. “No, seriously, I would kill him,” the lawmaker reportedly warned.
