Moet & Chandon Collaborate with Yannick Alleno
Wine, Food and Soul:
For all wine sensualists, Yannick Alleno has crafted the recipes to highlight the distinct flavors and subtleties of the legendary range of champagnes as never before. The recipes are a new expression of the House’s art de la table, where instead of choosing wines to match a menu, the House chooses champagne and the menu is then created around it.
Gastronomic Concept:
Chef Yannick Alléno is renowned for crafting one-of-a-kind ‘culinary experiences’, uniquely modern interpretations of traditional dishes, and passion for gastronomy as an innovative art form. In this historic encounter of Moët & Chandon’s stylish wines and Yannick Alléno’s culinary vision, the two icons come together to share a new style of wine and food consumption.
LE&:
Moët & Chandon will unveil LE& to inaugurate the collaboration with Yannick Alléno. A gastronomic and Grand Vintage concept for Spring/Summer 2014, LE & will open its doors at L’Orangerie in Epernay, on Moët & Chandon’s estate in France’s Champagne region, from June 9 – July 9, 2014.
“LE & showcases an ultra-original, unexpected wine and food experience that could only be conceived together by Moët & Chandon and Yannick Alléno,” said Arnaud de Saignes, International Director of Marketing and Communication at Moët & Chandon. “LE & is the place where wine and food will provoke surprises and stimulate all senses, with our shared touch of style and fun!”
