Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is facing increasing legal challenges as fresh allegations emerge in his ongoing sex trafficking case, with potential severe consequences looming over the music mogul. The Bad Boy Records founder, 55, has been thrust deeper into controversy following a new indictment that has brought additional accusations from multiple women.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, Combs is accused of using threats and coercion to force at least three victims “to engage in commercial sex acts.” The documents further allege that Combs engaged in prearranged encounters with victims that “sometimes lasted multiple days” and were reportedly recorded.

“Were sometimes electronically recorded by Combs and often involved Combs distributing a variety of controlled substances to the victim, in part to keep the victim obedient and compliant,” the filings state. Despite the serious nature of these new accusations, Combs has not been hit with additional charges.

Currently, the embattled hip-hop mogul remains incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY. He was taken into custody in September 2024, facing charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The latest allegations come at a time when Combs is already grappling with a barrage of sexual assault claims. Despite the growing number of accusations, he has continued to deny any wrongdoing.

As legal proceedings move forward, Combs’ trial is set to begin on May 5. The case has sent shockwaves through the music industry, marking one of the most high-profile legal battles involving a major entertainment figure in recent history.

With additional claims surfacing, the spotlight remains firmly on Combs as the legal system prepares to determine his fate.
