Beyoncé, the legendary singer and performer, is shifting her focus to an empowering new venture following the conclusion of her husband Jay-Z’s legal battle. Despite the intense media attention surrounding the now-dismissed rape case involving Jay-Z and music mogul Sean Diddy Combs, Beyoncé has directed her energy toward a meaningful new partnership aimed at uplifting women.
Beyoncé’s beauty brand, Cécred, has officially announced its first major retail partnership. The 43-year-old pop icon’s products will soon be available in over 1,400 Ulta Beauty stores nationwide as well as on the retailer’s website.

On Thursday, the Cowboy Carter hitmaker spoke to WWD, stating, “In the past year, we’ve helped so many make a deeper connection with their hair, building a community that redefines what a typical hair care brand looks like.”
She continued, “Our historic partnership with Ulta Beauty represents a meaningful milestone in our journey of getting Cécred in the aisles and salons nationwide for everyone to experience.”

Beyoncé emphasized her commitment to inclusivity, ensuring that Cécred products cater to all hair types through extensive research and testing. “As a Black founder, there are misconceptions that we can only make products for hair like ours. Society has trained us to focus on our differences, and it’s kept us in boxes,” she explained.

“But little do people know, your hair and my hair, whether it’s coily, kinky, wavy, or straight, have a lot more in common than do differences,” she added.
Last week, the legal case involving Jay-Z and Sean Diddy Combs was officially dismissed, putting an end to a lengthy legal ordeal. With that chapter closed, Beyoncé is turning her attention toward her beauty brand’s expansion, reinforcing her dedication to inclusivity and empowerment in the industry.
